Santo Pernicano, General Manager of Liberty Fence & Supply, brings 40+ years in fencing and construction. A Certified Fence Professional and Hall of Fame inductee, he’s led major projects across the Southwest and now drives growth in Texas and Oklahoma.

Danielle Hammons is the Corporate Administrator at Liberty Fence & Supply, managing daily operations, internal communications, and executive support across locations. Her organization and precision keep teams aligned, and she enjoys singing as a creative outlet beyond work.

Bob brings 22 years of experience in the fencing industry, including 13 years as Sales and Operations Manager. For the past 3+ years he has been part of the Liberty Fence team, where his skills in commercial sales, project management, and operations help ensure every project runs smoothly. He enjoys international travel, music, and spending time outdoors soaking up the sun.

Richard manages Liberty Fence’s San Antonio branch, bringing 20 years of experience in estimating and managing fence projects. Whether behind a desk or on a forklift, he ensures his team’s success. Outside of work, he enjoys relaxing with his wife and dogs, home projects, and sports.

Branch ManagerFrancis Akinnusotu
A UTSA Construction Management graduate, he brings 8 years of estimating experience and more than 3 years managing commercial fencing projects. As a Project Manager and Estimator, he is driven to build strong relationships with general contractors and clients. Outside of work, he enjoys basketball and boxing.

With over 30 years in the fencing industry, I’ve led projects from DFW Airport security to custom residential fences across North Texas. Skilled in sales and installation, I take pride in completing every Liberty Fence project with quality, durability, and customer satisfaction.

Stacy has been part of Liberty’s Administration team for five years, handling payroll, collections, and the details that keep operations running smoothly. She takes pride in supporting both the field crews and clients to ensure projects stay on track from start to finish. Outside of work, Stacy enjoys traveling on cruises with her husband and competing as a pool player.

At Liberty, I wear many hats supporting the San Antonio office. I assist project managers and estimators through the bidding and installation process while keeping background operations running smoothly day to day. Outside of work, I enjoy relaxing with podcasts and keeping up with my favorite TV series.
