Santo Pernicano, General Manager of Liberty Fence & Supply, brings 40+ years in fencing and construction. A Certified Fence Professional and Hall of Fame inductee, he’s led major projects across the Southwest and now drives growth in Texas and Oklahoma.

Kellen Smith manages Liberty Fence & Supply’s Oklahoma City branch, overseeing daily operations and major commercial projects. With a civil engineering background, he’s known for improving efficiency and delivering results. He’s a proud husband and father to two softball-playing daughters.

Stacy has been part of Liberty’s Administration team for five years, handling payroll, collections, and the details that keep operations running smoothly. She takes pride in supporting both the field crews and clients to ensure projects stay on track from start to finish. Outside of work, Stacy enjoys traveling on cruises with her husband and competing as a pool player.
